I paid a subscription but I'm not getting alerts

If you have subscribed to our service but are not receiving alerts, there are a few potential reasons for this:

Missing Delivery Endpoints: Ensure that you have added delivery endpoints such as a Telegram account or a Discord channel to receive the alerts. Visit the deliveries page and add the necessary endpoints to start receiving the alerts.

Configuration of Delivery Endpoints: After adding the delivery endpoints, make sure you have properly configured them on the Whale Sniper settings page. This step is essential to ensure the alerts are correctly routed to your desired platforms.

Restrictive Whale Sniper Settings: Check your Whale Sniper settings to ensure they are not overly restrictive. Review the minimum volume amounts, exchange preferences, and other filter settings. Adjust them if necessary to match your desired criteria or allow some alerts to go through first.

Absence of Recent Alerts: If you have correctly set up the delivery endpoints and configured them, but still haven't received any alerts, it could be due to the absence of recent alert-triggering events. Please allow some time as alerts are generated based on market activity. You can refer to our alert history page for the latest spotted activities.
