Why is my delivery endpoint on Xypher getting disabled?

Why is my delivery endpoint getting disabled?

There might be a few reasons why your delivery endpoint is getting disabled. Please go through the following checklist to find any possible cause:

Telegram account

Telegram accounts only get disabled if our bot was blocked during a delivery.
Solution: unblock our bot and send a test message from the deliveries page.

Telegram channels and groups

Channels or groups might get disabled if:
  1. Our bot is removed from the channel/group. Solution: add the bot again from your Telegram account
  2. Our bot doesn't have posting permissions. Solution: grant our bot posting permissions in your chat/channel
  3. The group was migrated. This might happen when a chat group gets upgraded to a 'supergroup' or a 'gigagroup'. Solution: readd the bot to your Telegram group, it will be automatically updated in the Xypher backend

Discord Webhooks

Discord channels will only get disabled if we receive an HTTP error from Discord stating the webhook URL does not exist.
Solution: double-check your channel webhooks on the Discord App.

HTTP Webhooks

HTTP Webhooks get automatically disabled if we don't receive a 200 HTTP status.
Solution: make sure your server responds to our requests with a 200 status code.
